Nikoletta Ventoura

Nikoletta is a Computational Linguist, passionate about data-driven development of impactful applications. She is working on optimising Dora’s conversations, aiming to develop inclusive, easy-to-use, and efficient user experiences.She was an intern at Google, where she was working in a team of Machine Learning engineers and Linguists on content classification. Nikoletta, also, worked at Athena Research Centre, where among others she helped develop Theano, the Greek-speaking conversational agent for COVID-19. Nikoletta has an M.Phil. in Speech and Language Processing from Trinity College Dublin and a BA in Linguistics and Classics from the University of Athens.When she is not reading books about Conversational AI, Nikoletta enjoys hiking, playing badminton, and cooking.
