Madison, Ufonia’s first US employee, brings forth a decade of expertise in healthcare implementations and customer success. Serving as our Director of Partnerships and Customer Success, Madison spearheads the deployment of Dora for our US partners.
Driven by an interest for navigating the complexities of customer workflows, Madison remains steadfast in pursuing unparalleled levels of customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey. She previously work for United Allergy Services helping deliver services in the Southern US. Most recently she spent over four years in customer success roles at Perspectum, another UK AI startup company, helping deploy their novel imaging technology with providers across the US.
Beyond the confines of the (home) office, Madison spends her downtime in the pages of a good book, learning something new, and cherishing moments with family, which includes two bonus children and three furry companions.
