Rory is an AI Conversation Engineer who designs, develops and deploys automated clinical conversations. He ensures that patients’ needs are being understood by making Dora as easy and as natural to talk to as possible. He has graduated from Oxford in Engineering Science, where he focussed on the mechanics, materials and information engineering behind healthcare. His masters project involved researching the mechanics of soft robots, inspired by Japanese paper-cutting techniques.
In his free time Rory trains for triathlons. He also has a pet lizard called Nelson.
